The Box Arts Club is Arts Gateway’s Exhibition/Performance Space, based at Arts Central, Kiln Farm. The Box Arts Club has a capacity of 100 people (standing), meaning we have broad scope for providing a variety of cultural events for locals, visitors and anyone in between. The Box Arts Club is a true blank canvas, a big white box with top quality track lighting and hanging system by Powergear, The Box is ready to shape-shift to suit any and all creative wishes, be it an exhibition, theatre show, talk, screening, live gig, dance performance, yoga class, workshop… with on-site prop/audio/visual hire company CARC on our side, the possibilities are endless. In addition, The Box Arts Club aims to represent an affordable option for venue hire, giving a platform to a broad spectrum of creatives, supporting fledgling projects and ideas as well as involving the local community wherever possible.
