Joe Highton (1993) is an artist working in sculpture and stories as tools to interact with friends, strangers and existing things in the world.

Bill Billings (1938 -2007) was a poet, painter, community artist and lorry driver, producing a number of concrete public sculptures across Milton Keynes since the 1970s.

In this project Joe will respond to the work & energy of Bill, building towards an event on the 20th June at Bill’s 1977 Triceratops, in dialogue with family, friends, local artists, councillors and conservators who orbit these large objects. Posters advertising this project will be shown at Shallow Gallery on 30th May, and results shown on 11th July.
